Friday evening is the best time for Grade 7-12 exhibitors to set up their projects. There will be a short time on Saturday morning, March 28, for project set up if Friday is an impossibility for exhibitors and their parents.
Grade 5-6 students will set up projects on Saturday, March 28 - 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
Set Up and Registration
Grade 7-12 students who did not set up projects on Friday arrive, register and set up projects.
These students should go to Arrow Group Innovation Hall (B1050) by 9:00 AM.
Exhibitor Arrival
Grade 7-12 students who set up on Friday arrive and go directly to Arrow Group Innovation Hall (B1050).

Judge Arrival
Judges arrive, register and go to The Cave (Rm 1150).
Morning Briefing and Guest Speaker
@ Arrow Group Innovation Hall (B1050, basement)
Guest Speaker: Matthew Tudball, Associate Principal Statistical Geneticist, 5 Prime Sciences
Topic: The Genetic Treasure Hunt for New Medicines.

9:45 – 10:30
Judges are escorted to project rooms and start viewing projects.
Group A - Project judging

Group B - Workshops
10:30 – 10:45 Meet escorts in B1050
10:45 – 11:00 Travel
11:00 – 12:00 Workshop
12:00 – 12:15 Travel
Students will have escorts to lead them to their workshops.

Lunch

Exhibitors should bring their own lunch. Some snacks and cold drinks will be available for purchase.

1:45 – 2:00 Travel
2:00 – 3:00 Workshop
3:15 – 3:30 Break. No entry to project rooms before 3:30.
Students will have escorts to lead them to their workshops.
Group B - Project judging

Grade 5-6 Student Activities:
Sharing session and Hands-On Science Workshop
@ Power Technical Staffing Lounge (Rm 1050) & Keystone Lecture Hall (Rm 2021)
Students will be divided into small groups called pods and will be closely supervised by committee members and student teacher pod leaders.

Exhibitor Project Viewing

Grade 7-12 students will view each other's projects.
Grade 5-6 Presentation
@ Power Technical Staffing Lounge (Rm 1050) & Keystone Lecture Hall (Rm 2021)
Grade 5-6 students will be presented with medals and parents are welcome to observe the ceremony and view Grade 5-6 projects.
Judges Leave
Judges make sure all materials are handed in and then are free to leave.
Open House

Grade 7-12 exhibitors will explain their projects to visitors.
4:00 – 4:30
Grade 5-6 Students Leave
Grade 5-6 students pack up and go home. They may view the Grade 7-12 projects with their parents if they wish.
Awards Ceremony
@ Arrow Group Innovation Hall (B1050, basement)
The room is only big enough for the exhibitors. The program will be filmed and streamed live into the Collaboratorium (B1100) across the hall for parents and other visitors. It will also be posted on the TSF website.
Exhibitors Leave
Grade 7-12 students pack up and go home.
