STEP 1

Registration is open January 2026 (specific dates to be announced).  Please use this form to register your class/project video.

Registration is now closed.

STEP 2

Don’t forget to upload your 1 minute video to google drive and to share the link before March Break (specific dates to be announced).  Send the link to torontosciencefair@gmail.com and make sure you've given permissions to torontosciencefair@gmail.com to access the file or folder.

When submitting your videos:

1. Video file name: <project name> <school> <grade>. 

2. Please remember to grant torontosciencefair@gmail.com viewing permissions before sharing the file.  

3. Start the email subject with "Science Showcase: ... "

4. Indicate the name of the project, school, grade level, file link and project summary in your email. If you are submitting videos for multiple groups, please share one link per file.
